HOW IT WORKS:
1. Bring us your seasonally-appropriate “lightly-loved” clothing, shoes, and accessories.
No need to make an appointment. We accept goods in any form (boxes, bags, hangers, etc).
2. We’ll pick what we want and price it.
You can wait on our comfy couch, shop around, or simply drop it off with your phone number.
We’ll call you when we’re done and you have five days to return for your goods/payment.
3. If the price is right for you, we’ll give you cash or store credit to either of our two Omaha stores!
You get a percentage of our selling price instantly: 35% cash, 45% “tree trade,” or 50% “be trade.”
4. If there’s anything leftover that we don’t buy and you don’t want, we’ll gladly donate your items.
All donations go to the Open Door Mission.
IMPORTANT TIDBITS:
The Buy-Sell-Trade Program is available during all open business hours with the following exceptions:
-The last hour of operation every day. We stop buying early so we can clean up/close up shop.
-On high traffic days, we may only accept drop-offs. This happens occasionally during the year due to major sales (ex: Black Friday, Sidewalk Sale) and we will always post a note on our website and social media sites to inform you.
Please bring your ID with you.
If you are under 16 years old, please bring an adult.
Wait times may vary. We buy on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We will provide you with a generous time estimate when you arrive.
We do not take any of the following items:
-Any men’s, children’s, or home items.
-Undergarments or sleepwear/athletic-wear.
-Professional business attire.
-Out-of-season merchandise or damaged goods.
PLEASE do not take this process personally. While we wish we could buy everything we love, we simply cannot. We may have to pass on your items if we have similar ones in-stock, if it’s a style that is not currently in demand, or if we are over-stocked. All of our buyers are rigorously trained and have at least two years experience with the company. We try our best to make fair and consistent decisions.
